Reebok have been defining classic since the company’s inception in 1958. From their very beginning the brand rocketed to success by releasing early models like the Aztrek dominating the aerobics scene with the Freestyle and re-thinking basketball with Pump technology. The ’Bok blitzed the 90s with their Classics line and then entered the new millennium with the RBK era which brought street-inspired collections helmed by artists musicians and designers.
In modern times it’s all go. Fashion-forward thinking has enabled the brand to work with Vetements Cottweiler Pyer Moss and more – cresting a new wave of Reebok revolutions.

J.W. Foster makes his 1st running spike in Bolton, England and it is the start of what will become J.W. Fosters & Sons.

Reebok is Born
J.W. Foster’s grandsons Jeff and Joe Foster strike out on their own to create Reebok. They bring Reebok to the USA in 1979.

Sizzling Hot Reebok
Reebok launches a shoe made specifically for women, the Freestyle, along with the Classic Leather, Workout, and Club C.

Stand Up
Reebok underwrites the Human Rights Now concert series, and creates the Reebok Human Rights Awards and the Reebok Foundation.

RAC is Born
The Pump marks the birth of Reebok innovation. Reebok Advanced Concepts (RAC) introduces Hexalite, Graphlite, 3D Ultralite, ER, and DMX.

1993
New Divisions
Reebok’s iconic models join forces to create Reebok Classics. Reebok launches a united performance logo, the Vector.

Questions answered
Reebok signs the #1 draft pick, Allen Iverson, and creates his two iconic basketball franchises, the Question and the Answer.

2002
The RBK era begins
Reebok introduces RBK, a street-inspired collection fusing sports and music through partnerships with artists, musicians, and designers.

Fashion Forward
Reebok reimagines its heritage within fashion through collaborations with brands like Vetements, Cottweiler, Pyer Moss, and MISBHV.
