George Clooney first came our way in scrubs as Dr Doug Ross on the long-running ER and ever since, he’s the man everyone wants a piece of. But he’s wise to it. Walking through the airport while filming Oceans 11, he heard a would-be fan call his name, to which he called,
“Hey guys – Brad Pitt!” to watch them disappear in pursuit of the then-running Pitt.

He’s a player, of the very best kind. A Vanity Fair reporter, while transcribing an interview, heard Clooney’s voice cut through:
“This is a message to whoever is transcribing this. Um, Ned just went into the bathroom. We’re about two hours outside of Milan, and he’s been drinking a great deal. And I think he has a problem ... I think it should come out. A lot of drinking, a lot of drooling.”
Kentucky-born, his mother was a beauty queen and his dad an anchorman. He’s been ranked with the likes of Steve McQueen, Cary Grant, Gregory Peck, while Rolling Stone called him “the Last True Movie Star”. He even made a cameo on The Golden Girls.
Still, though, he steers clear of social media.
“I could easily say something stupid,” he smiled at one reporter.
Before following it up with: “I also don’t think you need to be that available."
Here’s a little of the mystery man’s style.

OK, and while we’re a little short on stethoscopes, we couldn’t help but include this one.
