She plays a lonely teenager who quickly becomes the love interest of Casper, the friendly ghost. Set in the 90’s, her wardrobe naturally reflects the trend of the time – blue jeans and buttoned tee (which we dig), but it’s that vintage wedding dress that we’re really feeling. Hello high-necklines, lace and puff sleeves!

In a film about the reunion of four childhood friends, Ricci plays Roberta, a classic tomboy teen who’s into sports and more than able to take care of herself in a fight against the neighbourhood boys. If you haven’t seen it, add it to your list – if not to watch one of the best coming of age films of the time or to listen to the killer soundtrack, then at least for some sweet shirt-knotting inspo.
