The Party Heels We’re Obsessed With

Sometimes you need to question the way things are supposed to be. We were raised on an unquestioned edict that our ‘good’ clothes were for just that – reserved solely for special occasions, to be kept in pristine condition in-between wears. Where, though, is the fun in that?

We want to feel good 24/7 and, when it comes to our choice in footwear, we have a particular weakness for the party shoe. They’re the good-time heels we want to live in. Be they pointed pumps or 90s-inspired square-toes, they’re the kind that really, truly, know how to party. Dorothy had her ruby slippers, Carrie Bradshaw had a closet full of what she needed to make her day a better place, and, if you ask Cinderella, one shoe can change your life.

We want to wear ours on the daily, teamed with our favourite denim. They’re the quickest way to elevate our sports luxe looks, and make for easy-wear on the days we’re office-bound. Rolling out your favourite heels by day, too, lowers their cost per wear in a big way. It’s practically saving, no?
