Guy Turland makes a mean roasted cauliflower with turmeric. He’s a chef, a free diver, a surfer, an author and an all-round nice guy … nice enough even to share his how-to with the world through his efforts with Bondi Harvest. But it’s not just the secret of the cauliflower he’s giving away – he said G’day to LA way back in 2016 when he opened his Bondi Harvest cafe in Santa Monica. Talk about DIY. His friend, photographer and director Trevor King, caught him up in New York and then followed him to LA. Turns out, some guys will go a long way for a good meal.
