SUP’ing Is Our New Favourite Sport and We’ve Got Just the Swimwear for It

Pip Edwards invited us to a stand-up paddle board sesh on Sydney Harbour to launch the Speedo x P.E. Nation swim collaboration and now we’re hooked.

Last week we had the pleasure of spending the morning on the sands of Rose Bay Beach with Pip Edwards and the team to celebrate the launch of the Speedo x P.E. Nation luxury swimwear collection.

With the Harbour Bridge as the backdrop, we watched on as they trialled the new swim range whilst stand-up paddle boarding, and if their elegance on the water and their ear-to-ear grins didn’t sell us the idea to take up SUP’ing on the regular, then their sporty-chic swim range sure did.

Requiring strength and coordination whilst also being fun and enjoyable, paddle boarding is the perfect balance of performance and pleasure, much like the Speedo x P.E. Nation designs.

According to Edwards, the range of supportive bikinis and one-pieces caters for “both a traditional fashion and sports audience, who are fit, strong, bold, individual, fun and independent.” Tahnee McIlwraith, Head of Design and Product for Speedo Australia, added, “By combining the technology of Speedo suits and the fashion designs of P.E.
