Our Favourite Beauty Looks From Heartbreak High

Perhaps the most relatable beauty look in the series is seen on Amerie. It’s pared back but also anything but effortless – and we stan her unintentionally imperfect vibe. Her strong suit is her eye makeup and she has it down to a fine art. Every now and then we see her add a hint of colour to elevate her look, but she wouldn’t dare take it further than that. At least not while Dusty is looking…

Harper is undeniably cool. She’s been through a lot – don’t worry, no spoilers here – and uses heavy makeup and that buzzcut to disguise her vulnerability to everyone around her. She would never leave the house without wearing her signature black eyeliner (most likely KVD Beauty Tattoo Pencil Liner Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner) and lashings on lashings of mascara.

Known for being the school Eshay, Ca$h keeps his grooming routine simple. His existence is chaotic and confusing, so he relies on multitasking skincare, hair and body products to bring simplicity into his life. He would never admit it, but his grooming routine is a source of relaxation and distraction from his feelings of teen angst.  

Quinni’s makeup truly sparks joy because she is so unashamedly herself. Through her bold and playful makeup choices, she shows us that she doesn’t follow trends, but she does follow her heart. Watching Quinni swipe pastel shadow across her lids before carefully placing face jewels to frame her eyes for a day at school is one of the best onscreen getting ready scenes we’ve watched in a while.  

Affable with a big heart and not a care in the world, Ant brings some much needed chill vibes to Heartbreak High. Although he’s known for going with the flow at school, we like to think that he takes pride in a carefully curated top shelf – and is a sucker for anything with a unique scent. Think Hunter Lab’s Cleansing Facial Scrub which is crafted with notes of grapefruit, tangerine and rum.
