A little while back, we dropped this pic into our Insta feed and then you slid into our DMs wanting more, more, more.

Teal is the OG. Its resurgence of late, for many, is a throwback to the early 90s, when it was the uniform colour of choice (even though Jordan never rocked it, many other greats did). But, it’s a little more than nostalgia.

In the world of colour psychology (if that’s your jam), teal brings the tranquility associated with blue to the optimism and healing powers of green. A quick Google brings up teal as “the color of restfulness and mental and spiritual balance.” Sounds like the perfect colour to get our namaste (also: savasana) on.
