"I look after everything that goes out across our Menwear and Sportswear social platforms, working closely with the different buying departments and brand ambassadors to make sure we are showcasing the most relevant products for our customers and audiences." The demands of his day job mean THE ICONIC staffer Conor O'Leary needs to have his ear to the ground on all things sport and menswear – so his everyday uniform needs to be easy.
Here's what's in his wishlist right now...

Shirts
"A subtle play on the vintage fun-shirts from classic menswear brands like J.Press, Brooks Brothers, and PRL. The washed out colour will make it easy to pair with some more vibrant pants or shorts.
I'm not usually someone who wears much colour. However, the camp collar trend has pushed me to become a bit more adventurous. Gitman Bros are coming out with some cracking patterns, including this New York tennis court collage."
Shorts
"THE ULTIMATE SUMMER SHORTS. Don't need to read on, just go and buy a pair before they're all gone. Can you swim in them? YES. Can you wear them with a collared shirt? YES. Are they made of recycled materials? YES. Go get some 'Gonia."
Shoes
"Most would know them for their skiing equipment or outdoorsy apparel, but Salomon have been a real favourite of the sneaker world for some time now. The wild styling and rugged tooling of the Supercross make them a great all-rounder and must cop.
I've been buying heavily into loafers and other moc styles for summer. The 3-Eye Classic Lug is great year-round style with the boat shoe upper, big commando lug sole. It's like the mullet of footwear - party up top, business down below.
I'm a massive Birkenstock fan; and when I'm not at work, Bostons are my go-to. My current pair are looking very tired so the re-up is necessary. You just can't beat German engineering."
Jackets
"The majority of my wardrobe consists of garments that make me look like a French factory worker from the 50s. I like clothing with some utility, especially when it comes to outerwear (the more pockets the better). This jacket will be a welcome addition."
Accessories
"I currently wear the Gregory Peck as opticals when staring at screens all day. The shape is good and I think it works really well for my kind of narrow face, so the sunglass version would be a great "investment".
The plain old cotton tote bag just isn't cutting it these days. Filson have been making outdoorswear for over 120 years, and they do a damn good job of it. This upgrade has been a long time coming."
