Starting with a fresh and botanical take on the Tommy's followed by a zesty grapefruit spin on the classic. Basking Tommy’s Margarita
Who doesn’t love to share a cheeky marg with their bestie? This recipe is a beautiful combination of sweet and sour with crisp apples and herbal notes.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Feels Botanical BASK
- 30ml Lime juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup Co. Agave Syrup
Method
1. Salt the rim of your favourite chilled margarita glass
2. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
3. Shake vigorously to mix and chill
4. Strain into glass

Grapefruit Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 shots tequila
- 1 shot orange juice or orange liqueur
- 1 shot fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 4 shots fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice (1 grapefruit)
- Simple syrup or your favourite sweetener to taste (I use a few drops of liquid stevia)
- Sea salt, for rim
- Grapefruit wedges, for serving (optional)
Method
1. Mix tequila, orange liqueur, lime, and grapefruit juices well. If you think you need a little more sweetness, add a splash of simple syrup.
2. Rub one of the used lime or grapefruit rinds around the rim of two glasses and dip in sea salt.
3. Fill each glass with ice and pour in the margarita.
