You’ll tone up fast
Because you’ll be constantly on the move, using muscles you didn’t know you had, you’ll be improving muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Plus, a regular game also increases your metabolic function and lowers body fat.

It’s a great workout
Tennis is the perfect way to improve your heart health. It lowers your resting heart rate, and blood pressure, and it also improves your aerobic capacity. On top of that it’ll help reduces stress and if you play it outside you’ll get a healthy dose of vitamin D as well.

With all this muscle toning and stress lowering going on, you’ll want to look the part so luckily one of the benefits of playing tennis is the outfits! No age limits
Playing tennis regularly in your 20s and 30s, means that you’ll be limber and nimble enough to can keep playing it until you’re 80. Can’t say that about kick-boxing or ice hockey….
