Already spotted on the insta-cool tribe, like Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski, new season swimwear is following the form of, dare we say, “old-school” shapes that reveal a bit more hip than we’re used to – hello ‘thighbrows’, we see you.

No rookie to the risqué bathers, brands like BOUND by Bond-Eye Australia and Allerton have revived our nostalgic beach memories with these charismatic cuts, bringing modernity through a range of colors from earthy and metallic shades to pops of neon and fuchsia.

They’re not alone in the 90s movement either. Seafolly and Fella Swim, among others, are refreshing the leg-lengthening bikini silhouettes with matching underwire bras and knotted bandeaus of the same era.
