“Be cool everybody.”
This might be a directive listed straight out of the opening scenes of Pulp Fiction, but it’s a good reminder of the amount of chill we need to bring to our life in iso. In an effort to rustle up a little more chill, we checked in within Barney Cool’s Director Nat Taubman. Now there’s a man who knows how to relax. How to wear a robe in style. He was fresh out of the drink from a sunrise swim, and feeling “very relaxed and euphoric.”
So, from him, for you, “some dreamy tunes to start the day.”

Nat, take us through a couple of your favourites on the list – why did they make the grade?
“I'd have to say some of the quirky classics (Loaded - Primal Scream, Freedom! '90 - George Michael, The River of Dreams - Billy Joel, Orinoco Flow - Enya) would have to be my faves for this playlist. Put there to hopefully put a smile on your dial and kick your day off on a good note.”
Tell us a little about your #iso situation?
“I'm very fortunate actually. During this Iso period, I’m living on the Gold Coast and working from home. Weather up here has been amazing and I'm lucky to have a huge yard and a very quiet beach nearby to get outside and get my vitamin D fix.”

What do you miss most about pre-iso life?
“I'd probably say I miss pubs the most. Beers, Pub food and just general ambience of a pub.”
And what are you most looking forward to when this is all over?
“Probably planning some travel!”
Tell us a little about this collection ... what were you listening to / thinking about / vibing on?
“Our latest collection is all about indulging in leisure activities. We call it the Leisure Club. Carefree and relaxed styling to match your lifestyle. It’s technically an Autumn collection which means we transition out of exclusively summer style products and allows us to launch more fleece, knits and comfy attire – perfect for these lazy isolation days.”
