It doesn’t need to be as dramatic as putting on a big-sleeved party dress (although trust us, try it, it helps even for just a hot second). Something as simple as changing one part of your cosy at-home outfit is all it takes. Our pick: a soft-knit sweater to wear with our pyjama pants or yoga tights that doesn’t compromise our comfort right now, and would still look great paired with jeans later on when this is all over.
