What To Wear To A Summer Wedding

A quick scroll through our social feed leaves no doubt that wedding season is just about officially upon us. So, as soon as we’ve dealt with navigating the office Kris Kringle and the morning after the work Christmas party, it’s time to set our eyes on the next event in the diary, whether it’s a beach wedding, a garden affair or something a little more of an after-dark special.

We’re on the hunt for something that’s not just a one-night-only kind of affair to bring that cost-per-wear all the way down. The trick here is to go for something you can dress up, that will take you from daytime to dance floor, but also something you know you will wear on the regular - whether you’re dressing it down with your favourite slides or converting it into a safe-for-work number with the addition of a white shirt or blazer.  

This wedding season, we’re loving breathable, lightweight fabrications that move when you move. We’re crushing on flirty, frilly numbers, sleek slips and matching separates; on vintage-feel metallics, bold colours and sweet pastels, along with printed cottons and soft-as silks to team with your all-terrain block heels to see though 'til the end of the night on the dance floor.
