As significant others worldover know all too well, buying presents for your soon-to-be family-in-law is fraught with danger.

What if they don’t like it? What if you get the wrong size? There are no blood ties there to prevent them finding their way to the next logical question: What if they don’t like you?

For the ladies in your life this Christmas, keep it super chic and elegant. Think a candle in a neutral fragrance. Something they’d want, but might not buy for themselves on the reg. Or a carry-all tote. A lightweight towel, too, is a good option. Something that doubles as a throw / picnic blanket.

For the men in your life, you want to get something that they can use on the daily. A cardholder, a weekender bag.  Think stocking fillers but step it up a notch.
