“Go for quality, tailored basics, like a t-shirt, or a waffle long-sleeved tee – perfect now that we are getting in the cooler months – or a neat-cut cotton drill shirt. Also on the reach-for list: ribbed knits in a navy or beige. They’re always so easy to throw on.”

Hacks to look better in meetings
