The New York City label Aimé Leon Dore have taken to the iconic Nike Air Force 1 yet again, coming through with a vibrant bespoke creation for their new concept store.
Paying homage to their NYC heritage, the sneaker takes on a similar, panelled aesthetic to the brand’s Fall/Winter collection. Constructed with polar fleece material, the upper is covered with yellow, navy, green and burgundy, while a simple white midsole with matching laces provides the complementary touches. Aimé Leon Dore’s signature stamp is placed on the tongue, rounding out this lively yet simple AF-1 custom.
A one-of-one, the bespoke Aimé Leon Dore x Nike Air Force 1 looks unlikely to release to the masses. That being said, we’re hoping they have a change of heart *fingers crossed*.
