Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free Self Raising flour
- 1/2 cup Naked Harvest Pancake Batter Thrive Protein
- 1 tbsp Vida Glow Natural Marine Collagen Powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Decoration: fresh raspberries, raspberry/chia jam, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, granola.

Method:
1. Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add all your wet ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a pan to medium heat, add a little coconut oil and about 2 tbsps of pancake batter.
4. Wait about 1 minute until flipping the pancake. You want them to be light-golden brown.
5. Stack on a plate and top with CoYo, jam, fresh raspberries, granola and a sprinkle of maple syrup.
