The Met Gala always promises to serve us an overwhelming number of out-of-this-world-inspiring costumes, and this year’s theme, Camp: Notes on Fashion, had set our hopes high with some seriously exaggerated outfits.
With our eyes glued to the ‘gram for all the latest coverage, there were two looks that really made us pause mid-scroll. Not for being OTT, nor for being unexpected or average, but simply because they happened to be our real-life wardrobe goals.

Harry Styles in a sheer black blouse, styled with a single pearl earring and leather boots with a sensible heel, standing beside Alessandro Michele, creative director of Gucci, in a puffy-sleeved top, hot pink pants and long locks flowing beneath a plethora of hair candy, is basically the premise of our pre-planned outfits for the weekend.
With nowhere particular in mind to go, both of those looks are exactly what we’d wear to a girl’s night out, a spontaneous date or even just dinner and drinks, because we’re low-key fancy like that...
