No, it’s not creepy at all.

Confession: I go to open homes just because and trawl property apps on the reg even though I’ve perfectly happy with my apartment. I have no intention of moving. I just like to look. And clearly, I’m not alone.

While an obsession with interiors is nothing new, it feels as though everywhere we look there’s more, more, more. Instagram is well and truly nailing that algorithm.

So, because I know I am not alone, here are some of our favourite go-to’s for homes we like to check in with on the reg for inspiration / to get our fix.

Beachside chic at its best. Mr Jason Grant is the author / stylist / all-rounder who not only shares his Byron abode, but shares with us the homes of his clients. We have pinned just about everything he posts. Plus, his little dog too. (Hi Sophia!)

Sarah Ellison is another interior stylist and designer who splits her time between Sydney and Byron (we’re seeing a pattern here… ). Plus, she designs her own furniture. And, yes, we want it all.

Making a habit of it
The Design Files have been putting down all we want to pick up since 2008. The team takes us inside all the places we want to go. Case in point: the take-us-back to the 60s vibes of Fig Tree Pocket House by Bligh Graham Architects. Now, if only our dining room table was that clean...
